About the Role
For our Munich site, we are looking for a (Senior) HR Business Partner (IC3/IC4) who acts as a trusted strategic advisor to leaders while remaining hands-on and execution driven. You will support a defined client group of 250+ employees and actively shape organizational development and transformation initiatives in a globally connected, technology-driven environment Senior HR Business Partner
Key Responsibilities
* Provide strategic HR guidance and end-to-end support to Managers and employees within a defined Line of Business (250+ employees) across all HR topics.
* Partner closely with EMEA HR Business Partner colleagues to design and implement business-relevant concepts and employee relations topics at scale.
* Deliver sound advice on German Labor Law and HR processes to both management and employees.
* Strategic advice and implementation of organizational change initiatives, including preparation and support of co-determination processes and execution of individual HR measures.
* Lead and/or play a key role in global and regional HR initiatives with clear project ownership (Project Management).
* Collaborate with the Works Council and lead negotiations on HR-related matters (e.g. Works Agreements, Balance of Interests, Social Plans).
* Advise on people and leadership development measures, full Performance Management Life Cycle incl. supporting Talent Review Boards.
* Help shape a modern, AI-enabled HR organization aligned with a future-oriented workforce strategy.
Your Profile
* Strong understanding and execution of the Works Constitution Act (BetrVG).
* Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner / HR Generalist—ideally in a dynamic matrix organization and international set-up.
* Excellent conceptual, organizational and analytical skills.
* Confident Stakeholder Management with proven strength in influencing and negotiation.
* High level of ownership, resilience, and strong service/customer orientation.
* Proven Track Record in Project Management and the ability to prioritize effectively and deliver against deadlines in a dynamic environment.
* Excellent communication skills in German and English.
* Affinity for HR IT systems and working in self-service environments.
* Affinity and understanding for the practical use of AI in HR (e.g., supporting HR processes, people analytics, knowledge management), including a safe and responsible approach to handling sensitive employee data.
