About the Role As Product Owner, you will lead an inter‑disciplinary Scrum team, collaborating closely with developers, consultants, UX experts and software architects to deliver customer‑centric solutions that truly delight our users. Responsibilities Serve as the primary product owner for new features and enhancements within the SAP BTP ecosystem. Own the product backlog, prioritise work and ensure alignment with business goals. Facilitate close collaboration between Scrum team members and stakeholders across teams. Translate user needs and technical insights into clear, actionable requirements. Champion user‑centric product development and guide the team towards high‑quality solutions. Support the PO community by sharing best practices and fostering a collaborative culture. Engage directly with customers from the technical wholesale sector to understand pain points. Maintain a high level of transparency with stakeholders and communicate progress effectively. Promote rapid decision-making and empower your team to take ownership. Qualifications Proven experience as a Product Owner or in agile product development. Strong knowledge of software product development and familiarity with SAP technologies. Hands‑on experience with Scrum and other agile methodologies. Excellent communication, analytical and independent problem‑solving skills. Team‑first mindset and ability to work in a cross‑functional environment.
