Your rolle:
The Strategic Product Manager "Cosmetics market segment" is responsible for defining and executing the long-term product strategy to ensure alignment with business objectives and market trends. This role combines strategic thinking, market analysis, and cross-functional leadership to drive product innovation and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Product Strategy Development: Define the vision and roadmap for the product portfolio, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and market opportunities.
* Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings. Identify gaps and opportunities for differentiation and develop business plans for future growth initiatives.
* Portfolio Management: Evaluate existing products for performance and strategic fit. Make decisions on product lifecycle management, including launch, enhancement, or retirement.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of product initiatives.
* Financial Planning: Develop business cases for new products and enhancements. Monitor product profitability and ROI.
* Innovation & Growth: Drive initiatives for new product development and technology adoption. Foster a culture of innovation within the product team.
Who you are:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
* 4+ years of experience in product management or strategic planning
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
