~ Map and optimize end-to-end customer journeys across online and in-store channels to enhance experience and boost conversion.
~ Manage the full onboarding process of new customers and partners, ensuring smooth setup and stable multi-channel operations.
~ Coordinate cross-functional workstreams, manage timelines and risks, and align leadership, IT, local markets, and external partners to ensure project success.
~ Lead pilots, store visits, and interviews to gather insights on customer and partner behavior, synthesizing findings to inform strategy and roadmap priorities.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
~ Proven experience managing project management, retail, transformation, or consulting initiatives, ideally within retail or B2B2C industries, with a strong track record of leading complex, multi-workstream programs.
~ Strong project and program management skills covering scoping, planning, execution, risk management, and governance in multi-stakeholder environments.
~ Solid understanding of retail operations and customer journeys, ideally in optical, healthcare, or premium consumer retail, with familiarity in omnichannel concepts integrating digital and physical touchpoints.
~ Ability to translate strategic directions into actionable workstreams, pilots, and initiatives, supported by data-driven continuous improvement using KPIs and qualitative feedback.
~ Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, comfortable engaging both external partners and senior internal stakeholders, with a hands-on, results-oriented approach.
~ Fluent in English; German and/or additional languages are an advantage.
