Publisher Development Specialist
About this role
We're seeking a consultative and relationship-focused professional to cultivate strategic partnerships with publishers in EMEA.
In this role, you'll act as a trusted advisor to prospective and existing publishers, guiding them toward solutions that create tangible value and drive their long-term success.
You'll be responsible for building a strong pipeline and forging lasting relationships with key decision-makers at some of the largest publishers in the EU.
Responsibilities:
* Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with our publishers in EMEA (primarily Germany and France)
* Acquiring new customers in EMEA (primarily Germany and France)
* Optimizing account performance and opportunities to achieve the strategic goals of our publishers
* Creating and analyzing reports to monitor progress and present strategic recommendations
* Reviewing existing relationships and contributing to optimization strategies
* Pitching and onboarding new potential publishers
* Setting up, monitoring, and logging customer account progress through internal systems and Excel reports
* Participating in conferences and industry events as well as client meetings
Requirements:
* Achieving a commercial training or a comparable qualification
* Experience in business development and/or account management, preferably with a large publisher or another technology platform for online advertising
* Familiarity with various online marketing channels
* Ability to work with technologies and cross-functional teams
* Fluency in German and English
