About The Position

We are looking for a Quality Manager (m/w/d) to join the Quality team. You will take an active part in promoting quality achievements and performance improvement throughout the site.

Responsibilities
• Promote quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the site.
• Define, develop, and actively execute product quality testing, addressing all phases of product development and manufacturing .
• Implement Gauzy global QMS compliance and objectives and ensure that targets are achieved.
• Establish standards and clearly defined quality methods for the processes.
• Interact with R&D and production departments on a root cause failure investigation.
• Work intensively with Gauzy global Quality Manager to improve the site quality management targets.
• Set up and maintain control and documentation procedures.
• Ensure compliance with national and international standards and legislations, such as ISO 9001, VDA IATF16949. etc.
• Practice automotive core tools (, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA…) and risk management methodologies.
• Identify and supervise execution of relevant quality related training needs for the production team .
• Accompanying and executing quality tests and checks alongside the technical staff .
• Liaise with customers' auditors and ensure the execution of corrective action and compliance with customers' specifications.
• Monitor performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports to improve quality.
• Implementation of New supplier evaluation, qualification, and supplier quality audits execution
• Implementation of internal quality audits
Requirements
• 3-5 Years of quality assurance experience in Production Processes within a manufacturing company in the Automotive industry.
• Experience with implementation and administration of quality assurance metrics.
• Familiar with ISO 9001:2015 regulation processes, automotive industry.
• standards (IATF 16949, VDA and with CAPA and automotive core tools (, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA…) methodologies – advantageous.
• Excellent problem solving, interpersonal communication, project management and complaint management skills (8D).
• Qualified internal and second party auditor of VDA, IATF 16949 – advantageous.
• Strong technical understanding.
• Proficient in MS office Tools particularly MS Excel
• High proficiency in written and spoken German and English - is a must
