The CSA division supplies sensors that bridge the gap between the world we live in and the digital world of machines. * Assume technical responsibility for Vital Sign Monitoring products, including Analog Frontends, Optical Modules, and Photodiodes
* Gather, benchmark, and analyze emerging applications and product requirements for Vital Sign Monitoring sensors
* Define advanced products such as low-power Analog Frontend ASICs for Photoplethysmography (PPG) and Electrocardiography (ECG), optical modules, and high-performance photodiodes
* Provide technical input to the product roadmap and ensure alignment with strategic objectives
* Collaborate closely with R&D teams to translate product requirements into development plans and maintain alignment throughout the development cycle
* Prepare comprehensive technical documentation for customers
* Act as a technical expert for customers, supporting design-in activities and providing guidance during integration
* Deliver technical training sessions to customers and internal teams
* Master's or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field
* Minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience in technical product management, application engineering, or similar roles
* Strong ability to think systemically and communicate complex concepts clearly
* Excellent interpersonal and intercultural skills
* Proven capability to lead challenging discussions with stakeholders and customers
* Hands-on approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Professional proficiency in English and German
* Willingness to travel up to 20%
