Senior Project Manager - Munich (Hybrid)
An excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to take a leading role within a well-established international project and construction management consultancy, delivering complex and high-value projects across Germany and Europe.
Location: Munich (flexible hybrid working)
Salary: €70,000 - 85,000 + Bonus
Job Description:
The Resolute Group is working in partnership with an international, client-focused project management consultancy that continues to expand its presence in Germany. Due to a strong and secured project pipeline, they are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of challenging real estate projects in Munich and wider Germany.
Responsibilities:
* Full end-to-end project management from early design through to completion and handover
* Acting as the primary client interface and trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle
* Managing programme, cost, quality, risk, and procurement strategies
* Coordinating multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors
* Proactively manage existing customer relationships as well as negotiate and prepare quotes
* Ensuring compliance with German regulations, standards, and contractual requirements
* Proactively identifying and mitigating project risks and delivery challenges
* Providing regular reporting to senior stakeholders and contributing to business growth
Requirements for the role:
* Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related discipline
* Minimum 5 years project management experience within the German Real Estate Construction market
* Strong understanding of German contracts and regulations (HOAI and VOB advantageous)
* Proven track record delivering medium to large-scale construction projects
* Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
* Fluent German and English (minimum C1 level)
* Currently based in Germany with full right to work
