Our multi-omics platforms—including genetic sequencing and liquid handling—support real-time, comprehensive, and long-term healthcare solutions. We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our growing operations across Europe and Africa. The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor to business leaders and a hands-on HR professional capable of managing the full employee lifecycle.
Partner with team leaders to align HR strategies with business goals
Provide HR insights to improve performance, structure, and culture
Talent Management
Support recruitment, succession planning, and talent development
Build strong internal talent pipelines and career development paths
Performance & Rewards
Drive adoption of performance management and feedback systems
Provide coaching to leaders and teams on performance improvement
Employee Relations & Compliance
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies
Support audits and maintain accurate HR documentation
Operational HR Support
Manage HR operations, including compensation & benefits, payroll coordination, HR documentation, and onboarding/offboarding processes
Maintain accurate employee records and support process optimization
Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
Minimum of 3 years’ HR experience in a European business environment
Strong knowledge of the full HR lifecycle and regional employment practices
Experience in HR data analysis and delivering data-driven insights
Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken. Chinese is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Highly organised, hands-on, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
