We are currently seeking an experienced leader in the field of Electrical Engineering (ELT) for a leading international engineering and consulting company based in Berlin.
This position is aimed at senior professionals ready to take the next step, combining strategic responsibility with operational excellence.
🔧 Your responsibilities:
* Lead and develop a highly skilled ELT team
* Take ownership of complex projects across all HOAI service phases
* Oversee planning, quality, budgets, and timelines
* Manage interfaces with internal and external stakeholders
* Actively contribute to office and business strategy
🎯 Your profile:
* Degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable field
* Several years of experience in TGA/ELT planning, ideally with leadership experience
* Strong knowledge of HOAI service phases
* Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent communication skills
* Fluent in German with a good command of English
