Your tasks
10. Concept development: Constructive investigation and design of production concepts in the early phase of axle pre-assembly.
11. Process optimization: Analysis and release of assembly processes for chassis systems, taking into account quality, logistics and production.
12. Procurement & Contract Award: Preparation of technical specifications and tenders as well as carrying out offer comparisons and award recommendations in cooperation with the purchasing department.
13. Economic efficiency: Responsibility for technically sound and competitive production concepts (design-to-cost).
14. Innovation: Conducting and evaluating test series for the introduction of new manufacturing technologies and their subsequent standardization.
15. Committee work: Representing the technology in cross-cutting working groups and decision-making bodies.
Your profile
16. Education: Successfully completed studies in engineering, industrial engineering or mechanical engineering.
17. Experience: Extensive professional experience in production or assembly planning, ideally in the automotive sector.
18. Methodology: Sound knowledge of Lean Production and value-added production systems (VPS).
19. IT skills: Confident use of CAX applications and common MS Office tools.
20. Soft skills: Strong project management skills and assertiveness in interdisciplinary teams.
21. Languages: Fluent German and English skills.
