Your Role
* Scope and lead projects in the context of operational excellence and service transformation
* Build & lead cross-functional, divers, global project teams, ensure projects are delivered in time and budget
* Drive continues operational excellence as part of our DNA, support cultural transformation
* Ensure usage of state-of-the art tools and processes for leading transformational projects
* Establish good stakeholder management & - communication, prepare board meetings and steering committees
Your Profile
* University degree or equivalent in the area of business administration, engineering economics, business informatics or related
* 5 years+ of professional experience in a global context
* Solid experience in project management including knowledge on tools and processes, IPMA certification or equivalent is a plus
* Industrial experience is a plus
* Proven capability to drive and moderate business transformation & change at scale
* Business fluent knowledge of English and German, further languages are of advantage
