Responsibilities:
1. Providing guidance and support to the production network and managing footprint projects
2. Collaborating on the development of the production strategy, particularly with regard to the footprint and product allocation
3. Preparing decision papers for the Board of Management regarding global production strategy
4. Managing complex strategic projects related to the global production network, such as new site construction and relocations; global load balancing
5. General: Identifying, initiating and driving forward interdisciplinary topics relevant to the production network
6. Helping to establish and coordinate a high-performance international production network
Qualifications:
7. Completed master's degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, technical business administration or comparable qualification
8. Project management experience in the area of site planning/development
9. Previous experience in production network coordination or production systems; advantageous: relevant experience in managing a unit/site in a production environment
10. International experience, intercultural understanding; high willingness to travel
11. Willingness to optimise; goal-oriented, structured, independent way of working; willingness to familiarise yourself with changing topics
12. Very good written and spoken English skills (at least B2)
13. Strong communication skills, confident manner and negotiating skills
14. Ability to work in a team
