Kammel or Zürich, when needed. Your tasks Administration and development of the Idea Management Tool for Product and System Innovation: Route ideas appropriately for evaluation, support the decision-making process, and ensure a holistic view to identify potential combinations and synergy effects Monitor global trends and changing customer requirements to identify signals for potential actions Collaboration with colleagues and cross-functional teams throughout all business units to generate recommendations for innovation action, including the creation of search fields, ideation campaigns and workshops, Coordinate and conduct actions to ensure efficient and timely evaluation of ideas submitted by colleagues Provide colleagues with the necessary framework and set of methods to foster innovation and enable all employees to participate in the innovation process Actively shape and conduct communication about innovation activities within the organization, promoting a culture of innovation and encouraging participation Creation and presentation of reports and newsletters Your profile Minimum Bachelor's degree in Innovation Management, Business Administration (& Engineering) or similar required. A Master's degree is a plus.
