Job Description
We are on the lookout for a Senior Product Manager, Sales Enablement, to join the Vendor Sales & Operations team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.
As part of our Vendor Product team, you will be at the core of building scalable solutions that empower our internal sales teams and streamline vendor lifecycle communication. You will lead initiatives that integrate external systems & platforms and CRMs into our ecosystem to fully automate sales workflows and enable operational excellence across 50+ countries.
1. Own a technically complex product area focused on sales automation, CRM integrations, and vendor communication tooling
2. Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams globally to identify friction points and automate repetitive processes
3. Define and drive the long-term product vision while managing day-to-day priorities for the tech squad
4. Translate business needs into technical solutions, including external and internal service integrations and vendor journey communication flows
5. Use data to guide decisions, measure impact, and continuously improve product performance
6. Partner with Engineering Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment, execution, and delivery
Qualifications
7. 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally in sales enablement, CRM integration, or process automation domains
8. 3+ years of Experience handling multi-domain or multi-market products, ideally in fast-scaling, operationally complex environments
9. Hands-on experience with CRM systems (, Salesforce, HubSpot, Freshdesk) and communication tools (, Twilio, Five9, Aircall)
10. Proven ability to ship complex integrations and continuously improve them post-launch
11. Strong analytical mindset with a track record of data-informed decision-making
12. Experience working with distributed teams across multiple markets and functions
13. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
