As Sales Director, you'll architect the commercial engine — owning inbound and outbound sales, CRM and AI-driven workflow transformation, and the full customer experience from first touch to retention. You'll manage and develop a growing team of sales consultants, working closely with the founders to shape strategy and execute with discipline.
Grow and develop the inbound sales team, outbound function, aftersales, and offline conversion
Own sales team targets and metrics — structured planning and execution, not gut-feel management
3+ years of experience in sales, with at least some time leading or mentoring a team
