The Compliance Manager Aesthetics DACH position is a key role in fostering a culture of compliance and upholding high ethical standards within the organization. We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the ethics and compliance programs across all affiliates in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria. Key Responsibilities * Act as the Operational Excellence leader within the Affiliate and support the Affiliate General Manager and Area Compliance Director in key compliance activities. * Lead and manage an effective Affiliate Compliance Insights Forum (ACIF) for D.A.C.H, engaging Affiliate Leadership Teams and Country Leaders as needed. This position requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and strategic thinking. The ideal candidate will have experience working with complex ethics and compliance issues, policy interpretation, compliance risk assessment, trend analysis, best practice recommendations. They must also be able to foster a collaborative environment among cross-functional teams at local regional area global levels.
