Your main responsibilities:
1. Co-design the vision and the strategy for the Enteral Nutrition portfolio and Ketosteril in line with the overall Business Unit’s ambitions,
2. Work closely with Global Portfolio, Marketing, Market Access, the Regional Commercial Organizations and Medical Scientific Affairs to define the product’s value proposition and the clinical substantiation needed to be and to remain competitive,
3. Support launch management to drive on time and in full new product launches and geographic roll outs and ensure appropriate launch sequence to maximize success in a region across product lines
4. Monitor the pricing for the product lines to maintain competitiveness, in close collaboration with the Regional Commercial Organizations and Global Portfolio and Marketing
5. Actively coordinate the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept through end-of-life
6. Identify and assess business risks for the relevant product lines such as exposure to single source ingredients/APIs, supply chain disruption risks, or regulatory risks
7. Facilitate effective communication and coordination across departments
Your profile:
8. Bachelor degree in Business, Nutrition, Life Sciences, or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA, MS) is preferred.
9. Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in a global Matrix driven organisation within healthcare, life sciences, biotechnology or nutrition industry. Experience with Medical Nutrition products is desirable but not mandatory
10. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proven project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
11. Understanding of nutrition science, parenteral nutrition, and applicable regulations. Familiarity with product development processes and lifecycle management.
12. Driven, innovative, and customer-focused. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
13. Very good MS Office skills.
14. Fluent in written and spoken English
