Main responsibilities/Key Accountabilities: • Manage certain negotiation processes / categories as requested by TGS Manager • Manage delegation/awardings on budget addition cases for a large group of category. And provide support with Supplier registration and RFX publication • Collaborate with Corporate Processes Unit in monitoring the correct application of Procurement norms • Identify potential efficiency improvements in the current Process and Systems in the Telefonica • Procurement Model • Support the B2B transformation project • Execute ad-hoc support to the area Director on selected activities (i.e. reporting) Job holder profile Bachelor’s degree or a medium-level qualification in Business Administration an advantage • Experience in a similar position in procurement areas or any area of administration • Knowledge on Telefonica Procurement Model: Norms, process and IT tools especially regarding the Global Purchasing Committee • Knowledge of the management of Telefónica e-commerce platform. • Good Communication skills in written and speaking • Good Analytical skills • Advanced user of Excel • Customer-oriented • Organized person - able to maintain multiple tasks under control and capable of prioritizing activities. • Team worker -
