* Develop and nurture partnerships with Pharma customers across Eastern Europe
* Address customer needs with solutions from Constantia – including our growing portfolio of sustainable packaging solutions
* Identify growth opportunities and contribute to strategic projects
* Take care of sales forecasts and budgeting for your sales territory
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions
* Professional experience in a similar role within an industrial environment
* Ideally experience in Pharma, Packaging, FMCG or Food industry
* Skilled in relationship-building and consultative selling
* Strong business acumen, financial understanding and analytical skills
* Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn
* Fluent in English and ideally one Eastern European language
* Location: Pirk, Germany or remote - open for discussion
* Hours: Fulltime (40h/w)
* Compensation: depending on the job-related experience & competencies starting from EUR 75.000,- gross per year including a target related bonus
