Your Tasks and Responsibilities
* Innovation & Impact: Drive continuous innovation by thinking creatively about how to solve real business problems—beyond standard feature checklists.
* Product discovery and development: Partner with clients to uncover and understand their goals, lead discovery sessions, and conduct market and competitor research to inform roadmaps.
* Product vision, strategy and roadmapping: Define and execute roadmaps, own prioritization, and employ an iterative, test-and-learn approach.
* Customer & Market Expertise: Become an acknowledged expert on clients’ pains and decisions; use data to inform decisions and refine positioning.
* Data-Driven Decision Making: Collect and analyse qualitative and quantitative data to drive decisions and keep the roadmap focused on high-impact initiatives; monitor post-launch metrics and address issues.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Secure leadership buy-in and coordinate with AI & Data engineering, design, architecture, and business leads to ensure alignment and quality.
* Agile & Technical Excellence: Serve as the primary product owner, write user stories, define acceptance criteria, manage the backlog, and conduct user acceptance tests in an Agile environment.
Your profile
Experience & Skills
* Proven product management experience in software product development, ideally in MarTech or related fields.
* A strong portfolio showcasing product management work, detailing successful product launches and sustained customer impact.
* Familiar with Agile development practices (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, DSDM, Safe, User Stories, Backlog Management, Lean/Design Thinking, User-Centered Design).
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage at all levels including senior stakeholders.
