Electrical Project Manager (Contract)
Location - Germany
Key Responsibilities of the Role:
* Establish performance and delivery criteria, ensuring that client requirements are being met
* Liaise with the client and establish a trusting relationship to ensure future project opportunities.
* Develop and administer quality control provisions; liaise on project cost estimating and value engineering, as appropriate
* Liaise with the client on KPI development and implementation.
* Champion Safety implementation on site and at site Safety Leadership Teams
* Champion Quality focus on site and implement 'Right First Time' measures.
* Track and report at weekly client update meetings.
* Liaise with the Commercial team to ensure contracts, purchase orders, payment certs and change orders are issued in accordance with company policies.
* Management of team on site and coordination of Internal resources regarding travel etc.
* Creation of installed drawings and O&M Manuals.
* Planning of all resources including labour, material and sub-contractors
* Manager and drive a large team to meet with all project requirements and deadlines
* Ensure processing of requisitions, generation of purchase orders and delivery to site is done in a timely manner.
* Develop a constructible and detailed schedule with the project planner.
* Must have a detailed knowledge of Electrical and Mechanical systems and equipment including UPS, STS, EPMS, BMS, Generators, Busbar systems and PDU's.
* To understand the nature of working in a live environment and appreciate the importance of maintaining all client's system during construction phases.
* Liaise with the client regarding the permitting of all works within the live environment and participate in the development of RAMS and relevant client permits.
* A strong understanding of the COHE policies and to liaise with various vendors and subcontractors in relation to LOTO of their equipment.

Essential Criteria for the Role:
* A trade and/or relevant third qualification
* 5-10 years previous experience in Project Management
* Proven record of co-ordinating and managing large installation projects such as Pharma, Data centre etc
* Experience dealing with IR issues
* Knowledge Health & Safety
* Experience in design and build
* Good Technical Knowledge of both Electrical and Mechanical systems
* Excellent IT Skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work well under pressure and within a strict deadline environment
* Ability to drive a large-scale project
