This position is required to travel OCONUS. The Product Owner for Microsoft Power Platform and ServiceNow is responsible for defining, prioritizing, and delivering enterprise solutions that drive automation, efficiency, and improved user experiences. This role bridges business needs with technical execution, ensuring both platforms deliver measurable value across the organization. We are looking for an experienced, innovative and motivated Product Owner to support the enablement of USAFRICOMu2019s mission objectives. Responsibilities: USAFRICOMu2019s J6 Collaboration team seeks to streamline low-code development using Agile methodologies. Key responsibilities of a successful Product Owner will be: _Product Vision & Strategy_ Define and communicate the vision for Power Platform and ServiceNow. Align platform initiatives with organizational goals, compliance requirements, and digital transformation strategies. Develop and maintain roadmaps for both platforms, ensuring scalability and long-term value. _Backlog & Roadmap Management_ Own and refine product backlogs Work with the dev teams to write clear user stories with acceptance criteria and prioritize features based on business value. Manage dependencies across modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, SPM in ServiceNow; custom apps and workflows in Power Platform). _Stakeholder Collaboration_ Partner with business leaders, end-users, and technical teams to gather requirements. Translate business objectives into actionable technical requirements for both platforms. Act as the voice of the customer, balancing user needs with technical feasibility. _Agile Delivery Oversight_ Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Validate delivered features against requirements and ensure quality standards are met. Drive adoption of Agile/Scrum practices across teams. _Continuous Improvement_ Monitor platform adoption, usage metrics, and user feedback. Identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and new feature development. Coordinate feature delivery across multiple teams and Agile Release Trains (SAFe environments). QUALIFICATIONS Required: Currently hold a current adjudicated Secret Clearance and be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI (No Waiver). BA/BS 3-5 years recent specialized experience Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira). Ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Background in software development, IT systems, or enterprise platforms.
