Job Description
* As Product Manager (m|f|d), you will drive the software roadmap including an innovative manufacturing orchestration and workflow management solution tailored to Cell and Gene Therapy production.
* You will oversee the software lifecycle, including early-access programs, go-to-market strategies, documentation support, requirement gathering, and feature prioritization.
* You will collaborate cross-functionally with software development, engineering, services, sales, and QA to ensure customer satisfaction.
* You will maintain close contact with our customers and serve as their voice within the organization.
Qualifications
* You hold an advanced degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or Informatics and have experience in product management, ideally with a focus on software-related topics.
* You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and demonstrate strong self-organization and commitment.
* You are persuasive and goal-oriented in your approach.
* You enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams and communicating openly with other teams and departments.
* You are an excellent communicator and presenter, particularly in German and English.
