Purpose
The Project Manager Digital & AI Strategy is focused on delivering digital transformation and AI-driven solutions across Care Delivery International. The role supports the development of the Care Delivery International digital & AI strategy and is responsible for leading and supporting cross-functional teams to deliver projects from idea to execution, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Key responsibilities
* Support the development of the Care Delivery International digital & AI strategy by providing strategic market intelligence, collaborating with country teams, corporate functions as well as external players and thoroughly assessing opportunities to guide strategic decisions.
* Drive measurable impact by leading or supporting projects in a highly effective manner from initiation through successful operational handover and mobilizing teams to deliver on priorities, defined impact and timelines.
* Ensure performance monitoring, track progress, identify risks or dependencies, and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
* Provide or coordinate relevant analytical insights, structured documentation, synthesized insights and ensure efficient alignment as well as flow of content and information across cross-functional teams.
* Contribute to practice area development, knowledge sharing and capability building.

Qualifications
