Production Automation Specialist
As a production automation specialist, you will play a key role in driving process improvements in our outsourced manufacturing environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and develop software solutions that automate the manufacturing flow and optimize the production portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the NPI engineering team to drive operational excellence in an outsourced manufacturing environment.
* Develop software tools and scripts to automate the manufacturing process and optimize the production portfolio.
* Implement engineering changes from product generation locations in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Requirements
* Bachelor/Master's degree in IT with strong background in software engineering and hardware architecture.
* Experience in scripting languages such as Python, Shell, and Ruby.
* Proficiency in Linux and server support.
* Excellent analytical skills for problem-solving and failure identification.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
