Your tasks
9. Leading the team members assigned to him
10. Responsibility for the overall commercial management of the project
11. - Creation and monitoring of project budgets, forecasts and cost-benefit analyses
12. Presentation of project results to the shareholders

14. Preparation of regular reports and target/actual comparisons for the shareholders.
15. Identification and assessment of commercial project risks and derivation of suitable countermeasures
16. Ensuring compliance with payment, liability and insurance terms and conditions
17. Contact person for the client in all commercial matters of the project
18. Invoicing according to contract and project progress
19. Tracking of payment flows and receivables management
20. Documentation of relevant business transactions for internal and external audits
21. Finance and accounting, bookkeeping, cash management
22. Taxes, customs (including export control)
23. Control of weapons of war (within the meaning of the War Weapons Control Act)

25. Contract law and legal matters (contact/deployment point LEX)
26. Order-related contract management for UAN contracts and mapping of a functioning interface to the shareholders' purchasing organizations.

35. Completed technical studies
36. Several years of professional experience in project management
37.
