New Opportunity | Clinical Trial Supply Chain Manager (f/m/d) | Munich Area
We are partnering with a fast-growing radiopharmaceutical company to appoint a Clinical Trial Supply Chain Manager to support their expanding global clinical pipeline. In this high-impact role, you will take ownership of the end-to-end clinical supply process, ensuring timely and compliant delivery of materials to trial sites worldwide.
Location: Hybrid – 3 days onsite (North Munich)
Industry: Radiopharmaceuticals / Biotech
Therapeutic Area: Oncology (Radiopharmaceuticals / Theragnostic)
Position: Full-Time | Permanent
Key Responsibilities
* Design and manage global supply chains for Phase I–IV clinical trials
* Forecast clinical material demand and coordinate procurement, packaging, labelling, and distribution
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, Regulatory, Clinical Ops) to align supply strategies
* Manage vendor relationships and support logistics planning, customs, and documentation
* Ensure GxP and GMP compliance in all clinical supply processes
* Represent Clinical Trial Supply in audits, inspections, and internal planning meetings
* Contribute to SOP development and continuous improvement initiatives
Candidate Profile
* 2+ years' experience in clinical supply chain, logistics, or related clinical trial operations
* Background in CRO, biotech, or pharma (mid-sized company experience preferred)
* Strong understanding of GMP/GxP and clinical trial logistics
* Experience with IRT systems preferred (training can be provided)
* Fluent in German and English
* Hands-on, solution-focused, and confident working cross-functionally
