Customer Partner Role

As a Customer Partner, you will have the power to create, maintain, and develop deep customer connections, bringing the best of our services to the table and building trusted relationships with top-level executives.
This role is at the forefront of driving proactive account growth with existing and new clients in Germany. You will be responsible for developing strong relationships with customers and key business executives, answering client queries, and identifying new business opportunities among these customers.
* Serve as the main point of contact for all customer account management matters
* Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships
* Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit and growth
* Develop trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
* Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
* Communicate progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
To succeed in this role, you will need proven experience in account management or IT services sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence key stakeholders. You should also have industry knowledge in manufacturing and a growth mindset, with a keen desire to drive your own personal and professional development.
