Position: Senior Key Account Manager / Sales Director Major Accounts (m / w / d)
Responsibilities include:
1. Selling CCH Tagetik software to new prospects and managing major accounts in the DACH region.
2. Serving as the commercial contact for prospects and existing customers, including large companies.
3. Generating leads and managing independent sales cycles at large accounts and financial institutions.
4. Delivering presentations and high-level demonstrations of the software.
5. Collaborating with an experienced pre-sales consultant during the sales process.
6. Working closely with the Marketing & Inside Sales Department.
7. Achieving sales targets and managing sales activities.
Qualifications:
1. At least a Bachelor’s degree or similar with relevant experience.
2. A sales-oriented mindset with well-developed social and communication skills, and a strong network within large organizations.
3. Affinity with IT systems and Performance Management processes/systems.
4. Experience in ‘solution selling’.
5. Ability to learn, accept feedback, and self-reflect.
6. Independent, energetic, motivated by sales.
7. Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM tools, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
8. Fluent in German and English.
9. Preferred experience in the CPM or ERP industry for large corporates.
10. Willingness to travel (20%).
11. Work location: Munich or remote within Germany.
