For our clients in the aerospace industry, we are seeking motivated candidates for temporary staffing at our Lampoldshausen, Germany location, for the following position, starting immediately: Production Planner (m/f/d) Ref. Managing production schedules Short- and medium-term production planning and milestones from upstream and downstream areas, taking into account production events, customer requirements, and resource availability (integrated planning) Structuring plans across three levels (management, project, and operational) Planning propulsion systems and individual components Conducting target/actual comparisons and identifying alternatives, determining workforce requirements, verifying release dates and deployment deadlines, and updating plans Reviewing existing plans for potential improvements and developing proposals Preparing and tracking KPIs and creating reports Leading planning meetings and preparing planning minutes Further development Tools according to the current requirements of the planning process Identification of efficiency improvement potential in production planning and control through analysis of existing processes Implementation of lean management principles to reduce waste and improve the value chain Tracking and reporting of improvements in the production area Personal requirements: Mechanical engineering or aerospace engineering, at least a Bachelor's degree Supply chain/logistics mindset. Bachelor's degree in Production Planning with a specialization in Production Engineering Comparable qualification (at least vocational training) Professional experience: Manufacturing/Production or Production Planning and Control (at least 2 years) Aerospace (at least 2 years) Project Management (at least 2 years) IT/Language skills: Knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, and SAP/R3.
