We are seeking a highly capable Project Manager to oversee and coordinate projects across all departments of the company. This is a key leadership role that requires deep understanding of the crypto and blockchain industry, strong project management expertise, and the ability to drive execution in a dynamic, fast-evolving environment.
Oversee and coordinate projects across all company departments to ensure alignment with Caiz Blockchain’s mission and strategic objectives.
Lead execution of blockchain-related projects, from token ecosystem development to exchange relations, compliance initiatives, and community engagement.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones tailored for blockchain product launches and partnerships.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, marketers, compliance officers, and business development managers.
Ensure smooth execution of token launches, exchange listings, liquidity initiatives, and regulatory compliance requirements.
Establish project management frameworks, reporting structures, and KPIs to measure success across all functions.
5–8 years of experience in project management, operations, or organizational leadership (experience in blockchain /Crypto required).
~ Proven ability to manage multiple, large-scale projects across different departments.
~ Strong knowledge of blockchain ecosystems, tokenomics, exchange relations, and compliance in the crypto industry.
~ Strong project management, planning, and execution skills.
~ Analytical mindset with ability to assess project risks in volatile crypto environments.
~ Financial and resource management expertise with an understanding of token economics.
~ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or Technology (MBA or blockchain-specific certifications preferred).
