Since 1999 the company has grown profitably, expanding its team in Essen. Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager (m/w/d) in full‑time, based in Essen. You will consult and manage key international customers, acquire new clients across D/A/CH and Europe, represent the premium product abroad from the Essen office, drive business development, and collaborate closely with marketing to design and optimize sales strategies. Responsibilities Consult and manage core international key accounts. Secure new customers sustainably, with focus on D/A/CH and Europe. Act as brand ambassador for our premium product abroad, based in the Essen office. Advance business development and identify new market potentials. Collaborate closely with marketing and shape and optimise sales strategies. Qualifications University degree in economics, humanities, language studies or related field. Extensive experience in international sales, e.g. direct sales, telesales or cold calling. Self‑driven with a strong affinity for digital business models. Excellent communication skills and a passion for sales. Fluent English and very good German in speaking and writing; additional languages are a plus.
