Job Description
* Own product strategy for Ad & Inventory Management, ensuring high-quality, fast vehicle listings across multiple markets
* Collaborate with tech and business teams to deliver impactful products that drive growth and operational efficiency
* Optimize ad publishing and performance; develop new features to improve inventory turn and buyer experience
* Analyze key metrics, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement
* Translate complex processes into clear, scalable requirements for your tech squad
Qualifications
* 3+ years of Product Management experience, ideally with marketplace or inventory-heavy platforms
* Experience building internal tools, operational platforms, or B2B2C product systems (not purely consumer apps)
* Experience working with data-heavy products: pipelines, data quality, integrations, or feeds
* Proven ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders (operations, commercial, data science) and translate business needs into product solutions
* Experience managing a product backlog and roadmap with a dedicated engineering squad.
