Your mission You are responsible for the complete operative order processing. You are responsible for monitoring deadlines, quantities and quality. You are responsible for checking and comparing offers, including the administration of prices and conditions. You negotiate purchase prices. You check invoices and approve them. You are responsible for master data maintenance in our enterprise resource planning system. You create KPI reports. You support supplier release processes. Your profile You have successfully completed training, e.g. in wholesale and foreign trade, industrial clerk, warehouse logistics specialist, purchasing specialist (IHK), office management, or a comparable qualification. You have at least three years of relevant professional experience in the above-mentioned tasks. You have very good MS Office skills. You have a very good command of written and spoken German; knowledge of English is advantageous. Other foreign languages are an advantage. You show a thorough way of working.
