What we offer:
* Organization of the introduction of global processes in the local units as well as securing global goals in accordance with local quality goals and improvement programs
* Adaptation of tests and their documentation to local requirements
* Cooperation with the DQM and the local authorities
* Ensuring the required quality organization
* Control of the improvement process and implementation of product and process-relevant quality issues
* Support and implementation of internal and external audits and their organisation
* Establish and secure quality reporting to the plant/production/site manager and global quality functions
What we are looking for:
* Technical degree (at least technician with additional qualification or higher)
* Experience in special and heavy engineering
* Process experience (QM, audit experience) and knowledge of ISO9001, VDA6.4, other product-specific standards
* Methodological knowledge such as 5W, 8D, DMAIC as well as knowledge of SAP
* Communication skills, team spirit and assertiveness
* Resilience and structured way of working
* Proficiency in written and spoken English
