Job Description:
The Securities Services business is a leading provider of custody services for securities in Europe.
Our Luxembourg branch plays a significant role in its operations, offering clients high value-added services including custody and securities lending, fund administration, performance measurement and ratings, and bond issuance services.
We are currently seeking a Senior Custody and Clearing Services Business Analyst Change Manager to manage changes effectively.
This role is responsible for ensuring that changes are delivered on time, within budget, and with the required quality. The candidate will also be responsible for owning and day-to-day project management of key strategic initiatives in conjunction with senior management.
The team represents and supports day-to-day operations and is a key stakeholder/driver of change projects affecting the business. The current change program includes automation, workflow enhancements, risk mitigation, client requests, or supporting RFPs.
The Global Business Change Management team will work with Client Delivery, Client Line, and IT to ensure smooth delivery to local production teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Management of changes to ensure they are delivered in due time, within the defined budget, and with the required quality.
* Ownership and day-to-day project management of key strategic initiatives in conjunction with senior management.
* Ensure projects and solutions are following the Standard Operating Model for CCS operations and ensure this is in line with the objectives of the Global operating Model defined.
* Undertake business process reviews and re-engineering where required.
* Analysis of business processes and system functionality to support solution definition and project implementations.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of CCS activities and processes, five or more years of project experience implementing change into Operations Teams, and excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with business and technical teams.
In addition, the candidate should have familiarity with CCS applications, language proficiency in English, and the ability to thrive in an innovative and agile working environment.
You will join the Business Change Management team. You will be eligible to work from home and work from satellite sites. No travel is expected.
