We are seeking a highly qualified Project Manager to join our team in Frankfurt, Germany. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing facility projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, preferably within the facility or construction industry.
Initial site meetings and layout meetings with the Site Manager and the client.
Compliance with the schedules set by the client. Certification of compliance with dates according to material orders, milestones in the schedule, material ordering, and delivery.
Management of subcontracted companies.
Achievement of maintenance contract sales and expansion of works, with proposals for cost savings and procedures improvement.
Request for products, documentation, and necessary resources according to the schedule defined in the kickoff meeting.
Proper definition of estimated times and necessary materials according to each client's requirements.
Control of cost deviations in installations, quality of work, and costs.
Weekly update of work status, estimated dates, certification amounts, directly in Navision.
Follow-up using web tools. Coordination and communication of information with the client, sales, pre-sales, and Site Manager.
Final documentation of the work, responsible for compiling it to facilitate delivery to the reporting manager. Data entry, photos, and details will be provided by the Site Manager, along with the final report delivery to the client.
May monitor 8 works or 20 people simultaneously.
Analysis of maintenance contract compliance for improvement proposals.
Analysis of commercial area feedback on customer project delivery.
Resolution of incidents on site, meetings with clients. And reporting them to staff on site.
Requirements:
Experienced in interpreting technical specifications, plans, and measurement tables.
High proficiency in office and design tools (Office, AutoCAD, Presto, MS Visio).
Knowledge of BIM and MS Project.
Advanced level of English, minimum B2. Proficiency in German.
Resident in Germany.
At least 5-7 years of experience in large-scale construction projects.
Experience in supporting project sales.
