As a Project Manager (m/f/d), you will play a key role in the design and implementation of complex projects, including in the field of drug development. You will be responsible for the comprehensive planning, coordination and control of your projects, always keeping an eye on the project budget and ensuring effective change and risk management.

Your tasks
9. Management of complex projects: Assuming overall responsibility for cross-divisional pharma projects
10. Project management & control: Effective coordination, planning and control of project phases
11. Budget responsibility: Management and control of the project budget
12. Solution concepts: development of innovative strategies and workshop moderation
13. Quality assurance: adherence to project specifications, milestones and quality standards
14. Reporting & presentation: preparation and presentation of reports for decision-makers
15. Decision making & escalation: Active decision making and problem solving
16. Drug development: Experience in R&D projects is an advantage
Your profile
17. Studies/qualifications: Completed studies or comparable training
18. Pharmaceutical experience: First points of contact with the pharmaceutical industry or as a consultant in the pharmaceutical environment
19. Project management experience: First sound experience in agile and traditional PM
20. PMP certification: PMP or similar PM certification desirable/ willingness for further training
21. Working style: Independent, structured and results-oriented
22. Soft skills: Strong communication, moderation and consulting skills
23. Team player: Ability to work together and provide constructive feedback
24. Languages: Business fluent in German, very good knowledge of English
25. Work location: Ready for on-site presence (at least 3 days) in the Bad Vilbel area
