This role will build, lead, and develop a high-performing sales team of approximately 4–5 professionals while maintaining direct engagement with key customers and strategic accounts. It is a unique opportunity to shape both the strategy and organization in a fast-growing bioprocessing market.Role ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute the EMEA sales strategy for bioprocessing solutions in alignment with global objectivesBuild, lead, coach, and develop a regional sales team of approximately 4–5 headcountSet clear objectives, performance metrics, and development plans for the sales teamDrive revenue growth through direct customer engagement and effective channel management: distributors and agentsManage and grow key strategic and global customer relationshipsIdentify new market opportunities within life sciences segmentsLead complex sales cycles from opportunity identification through negotiation and closureCollaborate closely with marketing, product management, and application teamsProvide accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reportingMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine strategyTravelUp to 50–60% (primarily within EMEA)Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or related field or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experienceMinimum 7+ years of progressive sales experience in bioprocessing, biopharma, life sciences, or related industriesMinimum 3+ years of people management experience or proven team leadership responsibilityDemonstrated success in developing and executing regional sales strategiesProven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targetsExperience managing customers across multiple countries or regionsFluency in English (spoken and written), Any other European language is a plusAbility and willingness to travel extensively within EMEAPreferred QualificationsAdvanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in a relevant scientific or technical fieldExperience building or scaling sales teams in a growth environmentExperience Laboratory, Pilot and Industrial bioprocessing solutionsFamiliarity with CRM tools (e.g., CRM Microsoft Dynamics or equivalent)Strong leadership, coaching, and talent development skillsExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilitiesAbility to influence stakeholders across functions and seniority levelsStrategic mindset combined with a hands-on, customer-focused approachStrong cross-cultural awareness and ability to operate in a global organization #J-18808-Ljbffr
