Your Responsibilities: Own and evolve the product vision, roadmap, and backlog within the ERP domain. Conduct discovery sessions with customers and internal stakeholders to identify problems, validate solutions, and define measurable outcomes. Translate requirements into clear Epics and User Stories with precise acceptance criteria. Define and manage integrations between ERP, MES, and CAD systems. Develop and maintain product strategy tools such as Ideal Customer Profiles, personas, empathy maps, Business Model Canvas, and Value Proposition Canvas. Work within a scaled agile framework (SAFe), ensuring alignment, transparency, and efficient cross-team collaboration. Establish and monitor product KPIs (e.g., adoption, quality, cycle time, time-to-value) to guide prioritization and product success. Your Profile: Industry & Process Expertise 3–5 years of experience in ERP product ownership within the DACH region. Strong understanding of industrial, construction, or manufacturing processes; experience in related sectors such as machinery or wood-based production is advantageous. Knowledge of project-based workflows, including estimation, quotation, invoicing, and cost calculation. Solid grasp of BOM/BoQ structures and variant management. Product Ownership & Methods Proficient in agile frameworks (Scrum/SAFe) and product discovery techniques such as Design Thinking. Experience with tools like Value Proposition Canvas, Impact Mapping, and Business Model Canvas. Skilled in defining user stories, setting acceptance criteria, and managing value-driven backlogs. Experience collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including go-to-market and commercial strategy. Business & Technical Acumen Confident discussing financial metrics such as P&L, contribution margin, and cost structures. Familiar with ERP-related integrations (REST APIs, webhooks, data models for BOMs and projects). Experience with Git-based workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and quality management tools. Excellent communication skills in German and English; additional languages are an advantage.
