Are you passionate about transforming HR Technology and delivering meaningful experiences for employees, leaders, and organizations? In this role, you'll take the lead in shaping the future of HR systems, with a focus on Workday Human Capital Management (HCM).
Key Responsibilities
* Lead a dynamic team delivering innovative HR technology solutions
* Own the full product lifecycle—from concept to continuous improvement
* Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for innovation
* Drive process optimization and identify automation potentials
* Translate business needs into technical system specifications
* Enhance and expand the use of Workday HCM and its integrations
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and excellence
Your Profile
* Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
* Proven experience in product or technology management, especially with Workday and payroll systems
* Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and PaaS solutions (e.g., ServiceNow, SAP S/4)
* Skilled in team leadership and cross-functional collaboration
* Customer-focused mindset with strong results orientation
* Experience with product testing methods (e.g., A/B testing, focus groups)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
