Your tasks
9. Resource and capacity management: You analyze workloads, plan capacities, and control resources in a targeted manner to ensure optimal utilization.
10. Demand and inventory management: They monitor inventory and demand to ensure production is always ready for delivery.
11. Procurement management: You coordinate the procurement of raw materials, components, and production aids. You also manage external manufacturing services through purchasing.
12. Interface management: They are the link between the manufacturing areas (machining, joining technology, surface coating, inspection, assembly and testing) as well as purchasing, quality assurance and production engineering.
13. Production control: You create the necessary production documentation, plan the production dates and monitor their compliance.
14. Key Performance Indicators & Quality: You record and track KPIs (On Time, On Cost, On Quality) and independently manage measures in response to quality reports.
15. Improvement culture: They actively participate in process optimization projects and drive change.
Your profile
16. Qualification: Completed commercial or technical vocational training (or a comparable degree, e.g., mechanical engineering).
17. Professional experience: At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in the areas of purchasing, manufacturing/production, production planning & control (PPS), project management and quality management.
18. IT skills: Proficient in MS Office. Solid application knowledge of SAP/R3 is essential. Ideally, you have already worked with Teamcenter and Planisware.
19. Languages: Fluent German (spoken and written) and proficient English skills for international cooperation.
20. Communication & Team: You are a communication talent with a high ability to integrate, enjoy working in a team and impress with cross-departmental collaboration.
21. Working style: They are characterized by an independent, coordinated working style and a high degree of assertiveness.
22. Soft skills: They are resilient, maintain an overview even in stressful situations and are characterized by a high sense of responsibility.
