We are looking for: Sales Manager Growth Segments (DACH)
We are seeking a Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across WIFI, LoRa, Bluetooth, Satellite, GNSS, and related services. You will identify and develop new opportunities, manage key accounts directly or via distributors, and actively expand the pipeline through exhibitions, market outreach, and CRM management. This role also involves close collaboration with regional teams to support forecasting, budgeting, and business strategy.
Job description:
* Develop revenue growth specifically from WIFI / Lora / Bluetooth / Satellite / GNSS and services sales
* Define target list of accounts and opportunities to follow up together directly or together with distributors
* Increase the number of opportunities by visiting exhibitions, using available market maps, reaching the inside sales leads and web shop sales
* Check and maintain data in the CRM database
* Work closely with other RSM and PM to define next steps forecast and budget
Job requirements:
* You work independently and autonomously, are curious about the development of new industries, and are open and proactive in approaching new customers.
* You are familiar with the IoT market, its technologies, and stakeholders, and have preferably already sold some of the aforementioned technologies and services.
* You have a proven track record of achieving growth through design wins.
* Residence in Germany or Austria
* Proficient use of all common communication and office tools
