The Role
The Sales Manager for Germany will be responsible for managing and growing sales within the German market. This role involves developing sales plans, managing key accounts, and driving team performance to meet revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have strong sales experience, knowledge of the German market, and exceptional interpersonal skills
11. Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets for the assigned markets
12. Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives to maximize performance
13. Monitor key performance metrics and adapt strategies as needed
14. Monitor team performance and implement strategies for improvement
15. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers. Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction
16. Market Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned markets. Conduct market research to stay ahead of competitors. Represent the company at local industry events and trade shows
17. Reporting and Analysis: Track and analyze sales performance metrics. Provide regular updates to the commercial team. Recommend adjustments to sales strategies based on performance data
18. Support the leadership of commercial teams, providing guidance and mentorship. Foster cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, and operations teams. Act as a key liaison between local markets and corporate leadership

Required Skills
20. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
21. Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on the assigned markets.
22. Strong leadership and team management skills.
23. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
24. Language: Fluency in English and German required, additional European languages are an advantage.
25. Characteristics: Strong management skills including superior written and verbal communication skills. Must have solid understanding and experience in hospitality industry. Must have high attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong Interpersonal skills and results driven. Successful budget planning and administration skills. Strong negotiation and analytical skills. Ability to present to large audiences. Ability to work well under pressure. Takes initiative. Travel a must. Strong team Player Valid passport and ability to travel required.
