We believe and invest in personal growth.Your RoleYou are part of the team responsible for Cards products, Card processing and the Card Management APIs in SolarisDevelop and articulate a clear product vision for our card-based offerings, along with the company's overall objectivesCollaborate closely with the engineering team to drive efficiently the end-to-end development, release and rollout of card-related features, products and processesYou bring together the interests of business partners, end-customers, schemes, third-party providers and Solaris around features and negotiate their priorities and scopeWe'd love to seeDepending on your level of experience, your responsibilities and scope of role will range. Let’s figure together out how you can contribute to our team.You have 3+ years experience as Product Owner in the Cards processing spaceDeep expertise in payment processing, working on direct integrations with Visa and MasterCard (preferably on acquiring side)You have deep expertise in payment processing and processor integration with a proven ability in mastering complex authorization and settlement flowsYou know processor interfaces inside and out, and are familiar with relevant file types and ISO standardsKnowledge of payment networks, card schemes, and key industry regulations such as PSD2 and PCI DSS, enabling full compliance and innovationYou like to drive products from concept to executionYou’re skilled at navigating and balancing the needs of a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on product requirements and visionYou’re a champion of clear and detailed documentation, recognizing its critical role in successful product management and knowledge sharingYou possess a strong growth mindset, driven by curiosity, empathy, and a deep sense of ownership over the product lifecycleYou’re a good communicator in English, both written and verbal, adept at translating technical complexity into clear business valueHome office budgetHealth and development budgetTransparent framework to support your career goalsWhile job ads usually paint an ideal picture of a candidate, studies show that most applicants meet an average of 60% of the criteria.
