About The Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager - (Customer Insights) to join our team for up to 12 months, contributing to our mission to deliver exceptional experiences.
At Delivery Hero, you’ll shape the global consumer experience for millions of users. Your work will influence how we attract and retain customers through data-driven, personalized interactions. As part of our Consumer Team, you’ll enhance customer satisfaction and drive global growth and profitability through innovative projects.
* Lead the development and expansion of customer segmentation capabilities within our Customer Data Platform (CDP), delivering high-quality insights to enable internal stakeholders to personalize the customer experience across all Delivery Hero brands.
* Contribute to defining and executing the product strategy and roadmap for customer insights generation in the CDP, aligned with business goals and customer needs.
* Gather requirements from various internal stakeholders to understand targeting needs and translate these into product features and capabilities.
* Prioritize tasks to ensure your team focuses on the most impactful projects.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and data science, to ensure successful product delivery.
* Define and monitor key metrics to assess the success and impact of content in the CDP, facilitating continuous improvement.
* Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain transparency regarding progress and priorities.
What you need to be successful
* 3+ years as a product manager with a proven record of impactful results, especially in data platforms, customer personalization, or audience targeting.
* Experience managing complex data-driven products, engaging in technical discussions with engineers and data scientists, as well as with non-technical stakeholders.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of deriving insights from complex data and adapting to evolving business needs.
* Proactive, curious, and self-motivated.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate stakeholder needs, explain product capabilities, and convey roadmap decisions clearly.
Nice to have:
* Background in engineering or data science, familiarity with live/batch computation, APIs, streaming technologies, and data integrations.
* Experience working with OKRs.
* Experience building and managing large-scale software services at a global level with stakeholders across different markets.
