Overview
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead transformative renewable energy projects, with a particular emphasis on BESS and Solar PV technologies. This position offers the opportunity to play a key role in delivering impactful sustainability initiatives while contributing to the advancement of the renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of renewable energy projects, from concept and planning through to execution and completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
* Develop and maintain detailed project plans covering schedules, resourcing, risk management, and cost control.
* Work closely with cross‑functional internal teams and external partners to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
* Oversee the integration and deployment of BESS and Solar PV systems, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and key stakeholders through clear communication and effective collaboration.
* Track, report, and communicate project progress, risks, and performance metrics to senior leadership and stakeholders.
* Proactively identify and mitigate risks and challenges during all phases of project execution.
* Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and internal policies.
* Identify opportunities to improve processes, optimize delivery, and enhance project efficiency.
* Promote a culture aligned with the client’s values of inclusion, innovation, and sustainability.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Project Management, or a related discipline.
* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly regarded.
Technical Expertise
* Proven experience managing large‑scale renewable energy projects, ideally with exposure to BESS and Solar PV developments.
* Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools.
* Strong understanding of environmental compliance, regulatory frameworks, and sustainability best practices.
