What you will do Own and grow key accounts, ensuring clients extract maximum value from their Planon system while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling software, SaaS, and services Advise and influence clients, delivering presentations and demos, guiding them through solutions, and providing actionable recommendations that improve business outcomes Collaborate and promote Planon’s solutions, networking internally and externally, co-creating strategies, and sharing insights across teams Manage accounts strategically, keeping accurate information in our CRM to support data-informed decisions and long-term portfolio growth Profile You are someone who thrives on building relationships, influencing strategy, and driving measurable results. You bring empathy, curiosity, and a natural ability to connect with stakeholders at all levels. Our ideal candidate meets the following requirements: Several years of account management experience, ideally in IWMS, workplace software, or a related field. Strong business acumen and understanding of the intersection between sales, software, and client strategy. Excellent interpersonal skills: empathy, courage, and an innovative mindset.
