Role: Sales Manager
As a Sales Manager for our client, you will play a crucial role in driving the company’s growth and market presence in Germany.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop a growth strategy, focusing on both financial gain and customer satisfaction to achieve sustainable business growth.
* Research and identify new business opportunities. Stay ahead of market trends and identify potential areas for business expansion.
* Generate leads, cold call prospective customers and convert prospects into long-term clients.
* Understand and assess the needs of customers and develop tailored solutions to meet those requirements.
* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
* Conduct Store Checks and supervise the implementation of sales initiatives. Ensure compliance with company standards at retail locations.
* Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional activities.
* Monitor industry trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly to remain competitive.
* Planning and executing targeted sales campaigns to maximize revenue and market reach.
* Prepare detailed sales forecasts, conduct market analyses, and present findings to senior management
Requirements
* 2-5 years of proven experience in sales management or business development, within the FMCG industry.
* A solid understanding of the German consumer market, including key players
* Strong communication and negotiation Skills
* Time management and planning skills
* Ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
* Proficiency in the German and English languages
